I have an account with facebook, but I see no real value for my business or career. It has been fun keeping in touch with all frieds, however, facebook seems to be an space for junk and spam. Perhaps is just me, at 30 you really want to have contacts that help grow your business and career; that's why I founded Obrid!!! (www.obrid.com) with facny applications that can really enhace the networking experience, not just socially but at a higher level.
I think that's what we (the generation X) want from "social" networking, trust, reputation, not just gossip and searching for old friends. ;-)
